Deluxe 1 Bedroom Retreat with swimming pool. Village location, near to Cordes Sur Ciel, Monesties, & Albi. So much to see in the Tarn. Recently renovated to a really high standard providing a light & beautiful open plan kitchen, dining and living space, with a separate double bedroom, and bathroom. There is a balcony off the kitchen overlooking the garden and another patio by the main entrance through into the lounge area. Longer lets of 3 to 6 month also considered. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven, kettle and washing machine. The dining table seats 4 with ease. There is also outside dining space. The bedroom provides a king size bed, bedside cabinets a large double wardrobe and chest of drawers for plenty of storage. This room is light and airy with views over the garden, and shutters to keep out that early morning light for when you fancy a lie in! The bathroom is fresh and modern providing a bath with shower over, a sink unit and WC. Towels are provided for a small extra charge of 10 Euros per person. This property is really light and bright, ideal as a retreat for 2, but can also accommodate a child or additional adults on the sofa bed in the lounge if needed. The lounge area has a flat screen TV and receives both UK and French TV. There is also Wi-Fi in the gite too in case you need to keep in touch with the outside world.......or make the most out of your stay in terms of finding all the local places to visit. This gite is within the private gardens of a 4 bedroom home. This is not being let in 2017 but may be made available in 2018. Generally you will have sole use of the swimming pool, but where this is not the case we will let you know at the time of booking.

Magnifique maison au calme avec un grand jardin très bien entretenu avec de nombreux arbres d'essences différentes. Grande cuisine spacieuse et équipée, bonne literie, salle de bain bien pratique avec un placard pour poser ses affaires. on a petit déjeuner et dîner dehors c'était très agréable. Janine nous a très bien accueillis, toujours réactive aux messages et très amicale. A bientôt Bérengére et Ludovic

Un grand merci à Janine pour son accueil ainsi que de sa disponibilité pour répondre à nos questions avant le départ. Le gite est cosy et assez spacieux ( nous étions deux+ bébé) Merci également aux propriétaires de la maison qui étaient présents. Nous avons pu profiter de toutes les installations convenablement. Je recommande .

I spent 7 days self-isolating at Les Boiseries before going to see a house that my husband & I wanted to buy. I couldn’t think of anywhere nicer (particularly whilst the owners of the main residence were not there). Stunning enclosed garden which was perfect for my dog. Janine was very helpful & helped our Estate Agent deliver an order from the local supermarket before my arrival. Please don’t be fooled by SatNav directions to the property - they do not work. Follow Janine’s directions. Under the circumstances an enjoyable stay & I would highly recommend.

Professionnelle , chaleureuse et à très à l'écoute, Janine a su nous accueillir dans ce lieu magique pour un séjour de rêve. Ses attentions, sa réactivité et sa disponibilité nous ont donné le sentiment d'être privilégiés. L'hébergement est une petite merveille en pleine nature, tout en étant proche des commodités. Une déco chic et reposante dans cette maisonnette de charme toute équipée pour un confort exceptionnel.

This is a small rural hamlet, and as such you will need to be respectful of noise levels around the pool side and after 10pm at night.

This is a very rural area you will need a car to get about. There are train stations in Laguepie, Carmaux or Cordes Vindrac if you wanted to use the train during your stay to go to Toulouse for example.
