Welcome to serene Maple Lake in Paw Paw! Located 20 min from Kalamazoo and 30 min to Lake Michigan. Private entrance to lower level studio apartment which features a kitchen, laundry & private bathroom. We live on the property ,but you will have complete privacy. Amenities Include heat, A/C, cable & wi-fi. Full access to shared yard, boathouse . Use of a fire pit. Use our 2 kayaks or fish off the dock. Walk to quaint downtown Paw Paw with restaurants, bars, breweries and wineries. The private space is a lower level apartment in our home. You enter our home through a shared entrance hallway, with a keypad entry code and then continue down a few steps to the locked private entrance of your vacation getaway. The apartment has a queen size bed and a queen sized sofa bed. It is best for accommodating 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. A portable crib and high chair is also available. The apartment has a full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, Kitchen is stocked with everything you will need- pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Complimentary coffee, tea , snacks and condiments provided.A full sized laundry is also available. The bathroom is off the kitchen and has a stand up shower (no tub) and is equipped with toiletries, towels and a hairdryer. The bathroom has been recently been completely redone in June of 2021. In the main living space, you will find a queen size sofa bed and armchair. There is 40 inch TV with direct tv cable as well as free wifi in the home. A table and chairs for dining as well as a desk.A pac and play and high chair is available for infants upon request. The kitchen is fully equippedl On the far end of the apartment you will find a queen sized bed as well a chest of drawers There is also a desk, for those who need a workplace. Flooring is no longer carpeted , replaced by beachy looking vinyl.
