It was a nice place probably but 50 years ago. Everything is permeated with the smell of mould. As described there are no 2,5 bathrooms, but only one. There are two toilets, OK, but the house is about 8 people. It is not comfortable with only one bathroom, sorry. It was written also that there is a laundry. But there isn’t. No paper in WC. The host was writing all the time some strange messages with some strange rules, which should be clear in the beginning. For example “forgot a window open and the heating system malfunctioned”. Me and my colleagues were for business to Hannover Messe. It is one and half hours of driving. I just may not come back to close the window. How you could not open the window with all this smell and stale air. And of the bathroom or of the kitchen? The top disappointment was when after we left the house he asked a penalty of 35 euro for not cleaning some dots on the garden floor, which were there when we arrived. It looks good on pictures, but that’s it.

One of the best houses in Bad Pyrmont, and probably the best host I had a fortune to deal with. We rented the place for whole spring, summer and autumn and had no issues whatsoever. A great location and value for money.

Great place, good location for decent price
