La casa es preciosa y muy espaciosa. La ubicación es inmejorable. Tiene una terraza enorme con unas vistas increíbles. Eataba todo perfectamente limpio y al detalle. La comunicación es rápida y fluida. El personal es muy amable y atento. Sin duda es 100% recomendable y volveré sin pensarlo. Gracias por todo

Una casa de ensueño por sus vistas increíbles a todo el casco antiguo de malaga. Toda una experiencia el pasar noches en esa terraza!! Casa con una situación perfecta, con supermercado al lado, la playa detrás del bloque y a tan solo 10 min de todo el centro. De las mejores situaciones para ir tanto a la playa como al centro. La comunicación con Carlos que es quien nos recibió a sido perfecta y nos aconsejó sitios para ir y conocer. Muy amable! De 10. Por lo demás, un sitio donde repetir seguro, 100% recomendable y con pena por lo corto que se hace.

AMAZING VIEWS!!!! You’ll hang on the balcony every morning with your coffee and evenings with wine. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, fully stocked, and has very comfortable furniture. The location is perfect between the beach and city center - all walkable. Prompt communication. The building is also very quiet and the apartment is kid friendly (there’s a big bathtub 😁).

I would not recommend this condo, at least at this current date. When the air conditioner was on, there was an unbearable stench of sewage which made one of our flat mates feel ill. We were told it was the smell of the sea (with thousands of dead fish, evidently) and that the unit had been serviced. The building doorman said it should not smell. Instead, we opted to turn it off and leave the doors open. The building across the street is under construction. There were a minimum of four jackhammers running at all times. The entire reason we chose this apartment was for the view, which was interrupted by a giant crane. I do feel like Solara should have given us the option to cancel or reimburse some of our money. We were uncomfortable in the apartment from 9am until the noise ended at the end of the workday. If it wasn't for these two major factors, the condo is in a good location, walkable to the beach and old town, with a beautiful view of the fort. It had all the amenities listed and is nicely furnished.
