The place was a realization of my ultimate dream - a slow, simple life. We love every single day we spent in Balai LaHi. Everything was lovely, the room, the people, the trees and flowers, the beach, and the sunset. We felt rested - body, mind, and spirit. I felt reconnected back to life.

We really love the place, it is serene & beautiful perfect for someone who wants to have a slow and calm vacation. This is my partner's first time visiting Marinduque so I really need to find a beautiful accommodation, and I think I really did great on finding Balai LaHi! We'll miss the sweetest doggos!

We absolutely loved the place! 💗 It's so peaceful and quiet. It really is the perfect place to get away from our busy lives. The view is amazing and the sea is beautiful. The bnb is very cozy and clean. We felt right at home. The host is responsive and very approachable. He answered my questions and offered recommendations for my queries. Ate Celia is very kind and is a very great cook. The best adobong dilaw talaga! Their hospitality is topnotch! 💯💯 Highly recommended and we'll surely visit again. 😊

Firstly, we were really surprised how smooth the journey was to Marinduque. Seeing Balai LaHi was definitely worth the journey. It was like a secret haven by the beach. Everything was as described in the listing and more. We enjoyed staying in the garden and the lanai of the main house. The dogs were also friendly and warm. What made the experience even better was Ate Celia's cooking and her proactive asikaso of us as guests. If you're staying here, bring aqua shoes for the pebbly beach and make sure to ask Ate Celia to cook adobo sa dilaw. We felt rested and rejuvenated. Will be back!
