We loved staying in Villa Renata. In the middle of August, it was a peaceful place away from tourist crowds. We enjoyed relaxing there after our trips to Rimini, San Marino, or the wild beach of Fiorenzuola di Focara. The house is wonderful, with great surroundings. Our kids enjoyed playing badminton in the garden, Skypark just next door or just watching the stars in the evening. Steven's mom, Licia, was a great host who made us feel as if we were visiting a family. We highly recommend this place!

Ich war mit meiner Familie dort (7 Personen) und wir haben es echt genossen. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts und der Garten der ist so gross das wussten die k7nder nicht wo sie anfangen sollen zu spielen, der ist echt riesig. Die Gastgeber waren super und es wurde alles erklärt. Wir haben es alles 7 dort sehr genossen. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Top, macht weiter so.

Perticara is very nice place. It is perfect for bigger family. There are enough possibilities to perfectly spend holiday time. We enjoined morning with lovley butterflys. Steven's mother was very friendly and allways really helpful. She recomended us very good restaurant close to Perticara and was very helpful with looking for car service when our car had troubles. Quiet place with fresh forest air made for good night sleep. We recommend this place.

Abbiamo alloggiato nella casa di Steven per 15 giorni con i nostri due cagnoni. La casa è molto bella, il giardino è grande e pieno di alberi che fanno ombra, come dichiarato nell'annuncio non è recintato ma cmq ha un po' di rete che divide la proprietà dal parco avventure e dal sentiero che porta in montagna, stando un po' attenti al nostro cane più "selvaggio" non abbiamo avuto grossi problemi. La casa ha tutto quello che può servire, Licia (la mamma di Steven) è stata super carina e disponibile. Il nostro unico consiglio, se avete cani un po' perlustrativi (come il nostro) è portarvi, se potete, un cancellino in modo da delimitare alcuni accessi al giardino quando non potete supervisionare il cane (la casa è al limitare del bosco e qualche stimolo interessante per andare in giro il cane lo trova), noi abbiamo fatto così ed è andato tutto bene ✌

Ein wirklich schönes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit alles was man braucht. Wenn man den doch etwas beschwerlichen Weg erstmal zurück gelegt hat, dann lohnt es sich wirklich sehr. Wirklich zu empfehlen.
