A lovely property in a beautiful setting. Very comfortable beds and thoughtful touches (toiletries, fizzy water, nice towels etc). We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and meeting the very friendly dog. All in all, the property surpassed our expectations.

Paolo war freundlich und bemüht, jedoch unser Aufenthalt hinterlässt einen unangenehmen Beigeschmack. Nach 7 stündigen heissen Fahrt wurde uns nicht z.B.ein Wasser angeboten jedoch wurden von uns sofort Reisepässe eingesammelt und Tourismusabgabe kassiert. Daraufhin haben wir erfahren was alles die Kinder am Hof nicht machen dürfen und "das beste" kamm zum Schluss. Wir wollten ins Restaurant, aber Paolo hatte uns "sein Restaurant"angeboten. Es war nur ein Gericht vorhanden und zwar Spaghetti mit Pesto Genovese, vorher ein wenig Proscuito und altes Brot, Holundersirup mit Leitungswasser für Kinder und 2 Flaschen Prosecco für Erwachsene, dafür dürften wir 30 €/ Person bezahlen.Bei 7 Personen, egal ob Kind o. Erwachsene haben wir € 210,- bezahlt. In Ristorante Pizzeria Parco di Limana, 10 min.Autofahrt, haben wir €110 bezahlt für alles und jeder war voll und höchst zufrieden. Es tut mir leid, aber sowas finden wir unverschämt unabhängig davon, dass alle Zimmer neu renoviert ist....

Het appartement van Paolo heeft alles om een prachtvakantie door te brengen in de Dolomieten. Volledig uitgerust, verzorgd en ondanks de ultieme rust vlak bij alles wat je nodig hebt. Paolo is een zeer aangename man die zijn gasten met open armen verwelkomt. We hebben met ons gezin een fantastische week gehad. Een aanrader voor wie een perfecte uitvalsbasis zoekt om de Dolomieten en Venetië te ontdekken.

We visited the house of Paolo together with friends in July 2021. The house is located in a beautiful area near Belluno and has a wonderful view to the chain of Dolomites. The apartment has independent entrance and is furnished with style. All bedrooms have own bathroom and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is modern, very well equipped and all the place is very clean. We felt like in our own house. Most importantly, Paolo is an exceptional host and very charming person. He is very friendly and helpful and gave us ideas for hiking destinations and happenings in the Belluno’s area. Amazingly, we had the opportunity to taste his own Prosecco and freshly harvested vegetables! What a pleasure to be there! We’ll love to visit this splendid place again!
