The Good: The pool is great! The house is very spacious. Super clean, like really really clean. Nice kitchen that is well stocked. Lots of free bottled water. Generous towels provided, and beach chairs and umbrellas were handy. The Bad: The owner controls when and for how long you can use the hot tub. Dilapidated BBQ. Broken basketball hoop. The house is showing some wear - areas need a paint and small repairs are needed. The fridges in the bedrooms are weird, and noisy. The Ugly: If you are sensitive to harsh cold LED lighting this place will trigger you!

Beautiful, spacious home with 2 wings of bedrooms! Great for family with grandparents! Each room furnished with refrigerator stocked with water and wall mounted TV. The grandkids loved the heated pool and hot tub. Our family had a very merry Christmas at this home. 2 driveways for parking - nice! I highly recommend booking at this place!

Our family of 6 in town for a wedding had a wonderful stay at Delson's place. The house was spacious and well appointed. We really enjoyed the abundance of comfortable seating at the pool and the large picnic table in the lanai. They provided beach chairs and umbrellas and the beach was an easy short drive from the house. We especially enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the backyard pool area / hot tub were. The property manager was very helpful as well. We could not have asked for anything more and would definitely book this house again. Thanks so much for everything.
