We stayed at the house with Red Shutters for a week to attend a wedding. It was the perfect place for us feeling very much like home and a quick walk to the beach. Everything that we needed was there to make it a very enjoyable experience. Only thing was that Wayne' s outdoor pizza oven was not finished by the time we left to have pizza!!! Great place and friendly hosts.

The cottage was perfect for a first trip to the outer banks. It’s a good place if you’re wanting to get to some different spots. Wayne gave us a great recommendation to view the sunset and was very friendly! We would 100% recommend the spot to anyone.

It was very comfortable and an easy walk to the beach. Centrally located in the Outer Banks, we easily navigated our way to many attractions and restaurants. We appreciated the many recommendations given us by our host! Flexible check in and out was also appreciated.
