Nick and Sam made our family's weekend on the North Fork an outstanding memory. We started planning our return trip before we even left. With delightful details around every corner, we felt cozy and welcome in a very thoughtfully curated and cared for home. Historic objects, vintage textiles, a library nook, playfully patterned wall paper - loved it ALL. The expansive grounds were green and peaceful (and safely contained our dog). The kitchen and cupboards were stocked for a chef-including grill and tools. We could have stayed entirely on the property for the trip duration, but the North Fork deserves a shout for its attractions as well. We visited Truman beach for sunset, Orient Beach State Park for a swim, Sep's for local produce, and a few vineyards (Kontokosta, Croteux, One Woman). And Peconic bay at the end of the street. And finally, Nick and Sam helped with a few minor questions in real time - we truly are so grateful for their hospitality and for sharing their home.

We had the best stay at Nick and Sam’s home in the North Fork. The house is perfectly located, matches the listing perfectly, and was super quiet & peaceful. The yard is beautiful and the pool is amazing. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need for cooking. They were gracious and extremely responsive hosts. I would highly recommend a stay at their farmhouse and would love to go back.

We had a wonderful time - it’s a beautiful house with a ton of cool antiques to look at. The backyard was incredible and the pool was great too. We also loved the area. Highly recommend!

We had such a a lovely time staying at Nick and Sam's. The grounds and pool created such a memorable getaway. And, their home is beyond charming and unique with great amenities.

This is a wonderful home and property for a relaxing and engaging stay on the North Fork. The house is just as lovely as it appears on Airbnb (not always the case).  If anything, the accompanying property is nicer in person than in photos, and the surrounding, well-landscaped outdoor space enhanced the relaxed feeling.  And the pool is beautiful (and fully heated).  Finally, Nick and Sam are top hosts.  They are welcoming, helpful, and fully and quickly responsive to all questions. Thanks for a great stay, highly recommended!
