Great location, room was as pictured, single bed. Their app rated 1 star at App store is your key. The app showed room 36sb20 on IPhone, truncated. Called 8 times to their Cust svc phone- no answer. Finally their other property answered and got me in. 80 minutes delay to get in room. Save all their phone numbers. Later there was also Chinese couple that could not get in their room.

I would recommend this place to all my friends! This is a greater place to stay — walking distance to restaurants, the best Hawker Center, malls, grocery, breakfast places, etc. Though Singapore is a very walkable city anyway. Hosts are so nice, lightning fast to responds, and very friendly. I will stay again! The only thing is that it is a really great value 1 person, price-wise and size-wise. For 2 people, staying in a regular hotel is quite comparable.

The team at Heritage were very responsive. It was great being able to message them and have such a quick response. They were very helpful looking after my luggage when I arrived early and answering my questions. It was all very easy with great facilities and instructions for everything. The bed was very comfy!

Mehr als zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft. Ein ziemlich großes Zimmer mit einer kleinen Küche und zudem eine sehr saubere Unterkunft. Ich konnte mein Gepäck vor dem Check-In in der Unterkunft lagern und mir wurde direkt geschrieben sobald ich einchecken konnte. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Unterkunft hatte eine super Lage. Bis zur nächsten Bus und MRT-Station waren es ca. 5 Minuten Gehweg. Was man allerdings beachten sollte ist, dass in der Gegend ein paar Clubs sind und es deshalb durch die Musik Nachts etwas lauter werden könnte. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

I wish I could have canceled staying here but there is no refund policy. As a result, there was immediately a mismatch. The bed is tiny and the place is not marked well on the map so Grab/taxis never go to the right location. The pillows are impossibly hard and thick so it hurts your neck, though the staff made efforts to make them more usable. The staff was very responsive on whats app when their checkin app didn't work. If you're on a low budget, stay here as it's fresh and clean but DO NOT book if you can afford a full size bed somewhere else.
