We enjoyed our stay very much especially sitting down by the water taking in sunset and manatee. James was a great host. Friendly, and very responsive to our needs. Would stay where James is a host again!

I spent 3 months living here, so I know what I'm talking about as I write this review. Positives: Overall the house is very up to date. It has a large bathroom that is upscale hotel quality, cozy bedroom with a comfy bed & walk in closet, as well as a stocked kitchen with modern appliances! It has everything you need for a long term stay. The place might be located in the best possible spot you can find within Sarasota! St. Armands, Lido Beach, main street, downtown, Heart's Landing, and Phillippi Creek are all within 5 miles of the place. This makes it easy to stay active and engage in all the fun stuff to do around here! Some other topics I'll mention are that a washer & dryer are provided in home, making it convenient if you want to stay a few days. Being in the back of the unit provides you with a good amount of privacy. Negatives: Most negatives I have are just being nit picky. The wifi can be spotty at times, the lenai is prone to holding bugs & water after it rains, some of the furniture is stained and some of the sheets appeared to be dirty. The upstairs neighbors are nice but can be noisy at night and in the morning. Also, if you go out on the dock make sure to wear long pants because the bugs will bite your legs up. Bottom line: this place was spectacular and an absolute dream to live in! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Sarasota. 5 stars, 10/10.
