Super place and a fantastic location. Less than 2 mins to the beach and a healthy 15 minute walk into the village where there are so many fab cafes and restaurants. House was really well stocked meaning we could get into our holiday really quickly and the kids were also very well catered for with various games and toys in the house.

Great location right on the beech front, perfect for a family get away. Lovely, spacious house with good facilities.

Great location. Lots to do if it's sunny or raining with Rustington shops & restaurants only a short walk away. The house had everything we needed, perfect for our family of 4. Well equipped kitchen & very comfy beds.

This is a lovely, comfortable house in a wonderful location very close to the beach. We had good walks into Littlehampton and East Preston. The living space downstairs is very comfortable and the table outside is a nice warm spot too. The beds are very comfy! My two girls opted to sleep together in the king size bed upstairs and slept very well. Overall highly recommend Nicola’s house - we had a wonderful week.

Great home perfect for our stay. Nice quiet spot, with friendly neighbors. Location was perfect and just as described a stones throw from the beach. Beds were super comfortable with, lush bedding. My kids really enjoyed the bunk beds and all the games and books. House was very well equipped with all you need. Bring your own beach equipment , (beach chairs were provided) Highly recommended.
