The location was awesome. The house was nice and spacious. We really enjoyed the private beach access and the views from both decks and sliding doors. With that said. The house needed a lot of TLC. Lot's of lights out or not working. Bottom floor smelled like bug spray when we arrived. The door code that I was given was incorrect and kept me and my family from getting in after a long drive. The lady from Vacasa answered the phone and gave me the correct code. I contacted Vacasa about the grill on the back deck to make sure it was functional and had propane. I was informed that it was. Propane was available, but the grill was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. The heat shields were completely rusted and broken.

Such a beautiful setting with great beach access. The house had everything we needed, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful.

We loved this house! We comfortably fit 13 people and still had room to spare. Being able to wake up and walk directly on to the beach for sunrise was perfection.

We really enjoyed this house - being on the beach was awesome, it was very open, spacious and clean. A great rental for multiple families. Can't wait to come back.

Our family of 5 plus our dog had a wonderful stay at this home. The location and direct access to the beach was great. We enjoyed having our coffee in the morning while sitting on the porch watching the sunrise and listening to the waves. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, as well as very clean. We used 4 of the six bedrooms and it was nice having 4 full washrooms. We primarily used the upstairs kitchen and living space because of the extra room and better views of the beach. We enjoyed having lunch on the deck with the vegetation offering protection on windy days. The location of the home is ideal in Folly Beach - easy walk to the main street and restaurants. Would stay again.
