Great hidden spot near everything West Ashley and Charleston. Just a few miles from Folly Beach. I frequently stay here when in working in Charleston and will continue to do so.

Erica and her partner were incredibly welcoming and responsive hosts! My husband thought he left his wedding band inside the property after we had checked out - I messaged the owners asking if we might be able to stop by to check and Erica’s partner was very accommodating. (Fortunately he found his ring later!) The property itself was at the end of a very private street and felt very safe. A car is necessary to drive to nearby areas, including historic Charleston (which we knew prior to booking). I’d say that location is ideal because it is such a short drive to nearby areas (less than 20 minutes to Folly Beach and less than 15 minutes to historic Charleston). Large clean bed (a little softer than we prefer, so other firm-bed sleepers are aware). Keurig and related supplies provided. Would have been nice to have a small bistro table for eating (there is a small table set outside the unit that can be used). Some very minor things could use updating - rust on bathroom vent, etc.).

Loved our stay here! The guest house was beautiful and bed was super comfortable. Location is quick access to Charleston and Folly Beach plus tons of restaurants in the area. Everything we needed was in the house and Erica and Matt were super responsive to any questions. Would 100% stay again.
