It is not a good option!!!! I booked this airbnb at the last minutes. It was automatically booked, not need to confirm with the host. However, after I made the reservation, I texted to Anna several times, and never got her feedback. And no one answered my phone call... I didn't know how to get to there and there was no clear introduction either.... I had to cancel my reservation and payed the fee for 1 night. 这家是直接预定，不用等房东确定。我本来预定了两晚。预定之后打算问房东如何到达，但是没有任何回复，电话打了也没人接。 为了安全起见，我只好取消了预定，并为此支付了一晚的住宿费用。 不要住这家airbnb。

I stayed with my two children. The apartment is in a beautiful old villa with a lot of character. It has great views across the resort and surrounding countryside. It was mostly quite quiet, although the resort entertainment could be heard from a distance until 11.30pm. The apartment itself was fine and quite clean, even if the bathroom was a little tired looking. It has one double and one single bed, perfectly comfortable. The kitchen area has basic dishes, glasses, pans and cutlery. It would have been helpful if there was at least some washing up liquid and cloths for doing the dishes (a nuisance to have to buy it for a couple of days only) and instructions for what to do with the rubbish. However it was perfectly functional. We did not have any contact with the host and were not sure what to do on arrival. However we eventually discovered that we could get the key from the resort reception. Facilities at the resort itself are great. It was very busy but the kids loved the pools, the activities and the restaurants. Be aware that the resort is on a hill but there is a train to take you up and down, particularly useful to go back up to the apartment with bags or with tired kids after a day at the pool. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

L'alloggio, ampio, pulito e confortevole è all'interno di un grande complesso turistico: ci sono 5 piscine, tre ristoranti, una tavola calda, supermercato, diversi bar, campi da tennis ecc. Pulito, perfettamente organizzato, collocato nella splendida campagna toscana, a 20 km da Firenze.

Anche se solo per una notte, abbiamo goduto di questa struttura dotata di ogni comfort, abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il ristorante all'interno del resort. Tutto perfetto!!!
