This is a small rustic beach cottage with one bedroom, living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room, one full bathroom. The location is walking distance to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. This is a summer cottage with AC in a couple of rooms and an outdoor patio.

Great place and location! Miki was also very responsive
Great stuff. After 20 minutes it feels like you've lived there for years. Sag Harbor is nearby and it ended up being our favorite village in The Hamptons.
Nice and welcoming home, great for setting up base close to the local beach. Great grocery store nearby, to stock up, with a large kitchen and dining area for eat in meals. Miki made the experience easy and comfortable, from start to finish. Thanks Miki!

The area is called, Pine neck. There are lovely walks you can take through the different streets with little traffic! The peconic bay beach is walking distance about five blocks west where you can sit on a bench to watch the sunset. It’s a gem of a neighborhood!!
You will be able to park in the driveway and along the street so there is enough parking for 2-3 cars. I recommend walking around the neighborhood there is very little traffic or bike.

I work as a physical therapist in out patient clinics in Sag Harbor, East Hampton, and Southampton. I love to travel and appreciate people who share the passion for traveling over seas. My home is modest and cozy for some one who likes being near the local bay and the location is not too far from the Atlantic Ocean.
