Ideal location if you’re looking for a comfortable stay for festival season. The host was very hospitable and attentive to whatever needs came up. House was equipped with anything you may need. Would highly recommend for your next stay.

This is my 3rd time booking Julie’s place for the Coachella weekend (2017, 2018, 2023). This is hands down the most convenient Airbnb for the festival (walkable through Yellow path). Julie is an amazing host, she’s responsive and the most accommodating host I’ve ever come across. Highly recommend!

Julie was wonderful and informative. She was always there to help with any questions. loved that she had creamer and fruit plus little other stuff for us. It was one of the best places I have stayed.
