The unit was as pictured and described. Very clean and welcoming ! The beach area was very private and close to the unit , making it easy to go back and forth. The path to the beach was over a small and walkable dune. The unit came with private parking, which was easy to get in and out of and there was always an open spot. Laundry was on site and could be easily be paid for with an app; however , you will need to bring your own laundry soap ( we found single packs at Publix). Matthew was a responsive host, and was able to notify us the unit was ready early after we contacted him about our early arrival ! The area was very safe and family friendly.

The place was perfect! Steps from the beach! We saw dolphins playing while eating meals several days in the water. Beautiful spot! Could not have asked for a better set up!

The condo was as described including the beautiful view and closeness to the beach. The space was clean and everything was easy to locate. We appreciated the easy check-in instructions. We would stay here again - thank you!

Great new furniture in living room. Comfortable bed. Great big armoire for clothes in bedroom. Loved the Delta shower in the bathroom -- great water pressure and hot water. The best part is the front and center view of the Gulf of Mexico water right outside the condo.

Beautiful view clean condo and very responsive host. Will definitely come back and use this place for Phillies spring training .
