I stayed four years ago it was nice .. I booked 2 months before ..so I get there hallways is dark and dirty so I go into the place it looked like no one has been there in a longtime it was a mess first thing I can tell it hasn’t been swept 🧹 in a minute the towels were left on there couch with somer kind off insect droppings on them I addressed Kyle he say them and the place and said what’s dirty are you serious I though tight it was rat droppings butt my brother said it was lizard droppings anyway Kyle said if he would get it cleaned .. I video everything before he came to look at the place.. rusted light in the bathroom.. .. I never got the clean towels .. 2 days later someone came to clean she did a good job poor thing .the stuff she cleaned out of ther big couch you would be shocked… she cleaned everything except ther dirty dishes and the dirty pots and pans .. she had to work at noon.. thiss should of been done before i got there .. needs a much so upgrade..do better maintenance.

Kyle’s place was perfect for me and my friend when we visited for two weeks. Kyle was always responsive and helpful to any questions/problems we had. The place was clean and it was just as described. Easy to check in and it was a safe, friendly neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thanks Kyle!

The location was great and the apartment fine, although the furniture was tired, but then the price paid reflected that. The security around the apartment was very good and you always felt safe. I got in late from the airport on my first night and tried the lockbox and there was no key, what I did not notice was that there was two lock boxes one for each apartment, so when I went into the other one I got the keys. The host was friendly and responsive to any questions and Kyle kindly let me check out late as I had a late flight. I would most definately recommend the apartment and thank Kyle for all of his help.

Kyle place was as described...private, spacious and clean. it's a nice apartment but it's pretty outdated and need some renovation kitchen is old and semi functional as there is no counter tops and oven not working and mold is present you can still cook your meals as kitchen have few pots and pans ac units are pretty old and when in use they gave apartment musky scent there is 28 inch tv in a living room but it's not a smart tv overall it was good and I will recommend it its a classic Caribbean apartment but it's a great deal and definitely value for your money Kyle is a great host always responsive
