We always love staying at Patricia’s place. The views of the Hudson are incredible and it’s easy access to Kingston and there’s wonderful hiking nearby. Great books in the place too!

I wanted to really love this place. First, the river view from the bedroom is gorgeous. The immense library is beautiful. However, the stairs down to the entrance are not very safe and because I have a knee problem, I had to go down very slow. Pavement is very uneven and in bad condition. The television didn't work because of a wifi issue. Tried watching a movie with my partner and it went out countless times until we gave up. The kitchen counter and fridge were not clean. And sadly, I don't think I ever slept on a more uncomfortable bed. It felt like cement and I slept maybe 2 hours. Thankfully, it was an early morning drive back home where I was able to get some rest. I stayed at many airbnbs and surprised because this was the first bad one.

Great stay! Booked Patricia's place for a relaxing weekend getaway, and that's exactly what we got. Would definitely stay again!
