We liked the area. This apartment fit our needs. Easy access to shopping, near Vactian City which was one of the main attractions on our list. The apartment is clean and fairly presented in the marketing materials. Christina, our host, has a shop across street from apartment. She helped us with accommodations and questions. We’d gladly stay in this location again.

This is my 3rd time in Rome and this was my favourite apartment. The location is walking distance to just about anything you want to see. The apartment was as advertised and looks just like the photos. Everything needed for a short stay is provided. The apartment itself appears to have been newly renovated and modern. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and very functional. Finally, the level of communication was superb. From the initial booking to the last day it was extremely easy to contact the host. Always quick to respond and friendly. I highly recommend this apartment.

I wanted to extend my sincere gratitude for the wonderful stay at this apartment. It was truly lovely, situated in a fantastic location, close to all the major landmarks, and surrounded by many restaurants. We didn't need any transportation; we could walk to any destination within 20 minutes. The apartment was equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the communication with the owner was excellent. I highly recommend it!

I love ❤️ Maria Louisa’s place. I love the versatility of everything, very close to everything and short walking to all sightseeing, great restaurants in every turn. close to grocery store to buy essentials. Christine greeted us upon arrival and explained in detail. A very safe environment. I highly recommend to all travelers. You won’t be disappointed. My daughter and I really enjoyed being at her place. Anna- Las Vegas

Unbeatable location, you can easily get to all the sites. Nice apartment, but it had a sewage smell. Christina was trying to do her best to take care of it, but for whatever reason it persisted for the duration of our stay. It was very unpleasant to walk into the apartment, good thing we were out all day. Putting makeup in the bathroom is challenging due to the lack of light. Also would be great to have hooks in the bathroom and it would be lovely to get more towels without having to pay extra for it. All in all, it was a decent stay if it wouldn’t be for the smell!
