Near to the cathedral, main train station, public transports, downtown, bests restaurants, - and very quiet! Spacious room with en-suite bathroom in a patrician house, 3rd floor, renovated. Monumental staircase and elevator. Quit, yet central. Open fireplace with sitting area, underfloor heating, many wall cupboards, marble bathroom with bathtub/shower, bidet, cosy duvet cover, work desk and Nespresso machine, - everything you need for your well-being! WLAN and Ethernet. Cleaning and ironing utensils, washing machine with tumble dryer are at your disposal. Equipped with microwave, coffee machine, small fridge, some cutlery and crockery for heating up food, kettle, but no kitchen. Very good conditions for long-term, temporary housing or interim lets. Easily accessible via pedestrian zone on foot from the train station or university, very good bus connections No. 1, 2, 6, as well as to the A12 motorway.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Tolles Zimmer mit Holzbalkendecke. Geräumiges Bad. Tolle zentrale Lage.
O imóvel não é um apartamento. É um quarto com banheiro e uma janela pequenina sem vista ampla. Para quem gosta de locais menores, é bom. Como estou acostumada a hospedar em apartamentos maiores, estranhei um pouquinho mas o local é perto de tudo então isso é bom.

There is an abundance of local restaurants, galeries, bakeries, bars in the surrounding. On saturday the local market with organic health food, the historic city, cathedral, unversity, museums, parcs and the river sides in walking distance from the apartment. It's a safe neighbourhood with an authentic local vibe.
Bus stops nos. 1, 2 and 6 are just a two-minute walk away and will take you quickly to all the main lines of the city, the University of Perolles, Marly, the Innovation Centre, the Blue Factory, the HFR.
10 minutes from the train station, with direct connections to Geneva (1h) and Zurich (1h20 min) as well as to the ski resorts (20 minutes). The railway station can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes.
Public car park "Place Python/ Rue des Alpes", accessible around the clock, 5 minutes' walk away.
Private underground car park behind the cathedral with prior reservation with reserved space on request.
On the street with a guest card (12 CHF/day).
Or on the street between 19:30-07:30 free of charge, as well as on Sunday, otherwise 2 CHF/h, max. 2 hours.
On Saturday weekly market in front of the door, please only park in the lower part of the street.
