Let your eyes wander from the lush greenery of the surrounding regional park to the clear blue of the lake below and the mountains on the distant shore. Cervano has certified organic olive groves and one of our buildings is class A eco-friendly. We aim to keep in tune with nature, but with access to modern conveniences. CIR: 017187-AGR-00001 The land, now mostly meadow, attracts all manner of animals and birds who are left in peace. In winter there is bird watching aplenty while in Spring and Summer butterflies and dragonflies abound and small rodents (moles, dormice and squirrels ) feed on the fruits of the cypress and pine trees. Summer brings too the roe bucks (early morning) and the foxes (early evening) who come to drink in the brooks which are full of crayfish.

The Alto Garda Bresciano Regional Park is a natural park established by regional law in 1989.
Its territory extends from the shores of Lake Garda to the long mountain ridge that in the North coincides with the border between Lombardy and the Autonomous Province of Trento (Valle di Ledro) and to the east with the Valle Sabbia, comprising nine municipalities for a total of about 27 000 inhabitants. The population within the park is not homogeneous; in fact, more than half of the population lives in the municipalities of Salò (the "capital" of the park) and of Toscolano Maderno, the most inhabited countries. Inside, in the main valley, the park welcomes the lake of Valvestino, an artificial reservoir of the sixties, a place for sport fishing. The highest point of the park is Monte Caplone which reaches 1 976 meters s.l.m.
The nature reserve of the former Lake of Bondo is included in the park. In the park there are agricultural and zootechnical activities, with the presence of a dairy. Characteristic are the barns of Cima Rest (1 200 m) in the municipality of Magasa, with its very pointed straw roofs (according to some of Longobard derivation, according to others Austro-Hungarian), and the military road dug along the border ridges during the WWI.
