A perfect base for days out on the north coast. Ridge Cottage has its own gated driveway in the heart of Portrush. There is a nice sun trap patio to the front and seating. Seaside period charm combined with modern interior living and everything on your doorstep. The living room has two modern sofas and a drop-leaf table which when extended can easily seat 5 (fold-up chairs stored in kitchen). It folds away when not in use. There is a TV with Freeview channels and Netflix. The double bedroom is compact but cosy and has a standard size double bed and a wardrobe. The bed is against a wall as shown in the photos. The second bedroom has twin bunks plus a third pull-out bed. It also has a three door wardrobe. The recently fitted kitchen is galley style and has all new appliances you would expect - fridge/freezer, electric cooker and hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine. The recently fitted bathroom has a large electric shower and plenty of hanging space for toiletry bags and towels. Just so you know, the house is on split level with the bedrooms and bathroom down four carpeted steps from the living areas level. There are modern smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. Where roman blinds are fitted, we have also fitted the manufacturer-recommended child safety bracket. However, please remain aware of the dangers of blind cords to young children. We have provided a small toy box in the bunk room and would ask parents to make sure the games and toys are age-appropriate for your own children.
