Ralf was super friendly, the apartment looked amazing (like on the pictures) and it is really close to the bus station where are buses which take you to the center in 15 minutes! :)

Ralf is an honest, kind and considerate person. He is always ready to help. In fact, sensing the coronavirus epidemic may cause financial hardship he reduced the rent to assist in any way he can. On numerous occasions, he took me on a tour to various parts of Brisbane; shouted me to coffee and barbecue, and freely passed on his wisdom. He is great to have a conversation with and totally friendly. In the short time I have stayed with him, I can comfortably call him my friend. Ralf is a great host. I highly recommend staying with Ralf.

We wanted a home away from home and Ralf went over and above! He always ensured we were comfortable! And he was always happy to help, giving suggestions on places we can go with our little boy! Communication was easy. His house is just super convenient as it's only a 8min walk to the main bus station, 4min walk to some yummy local take a ways and Coles express. It was very convenient for us traveling into town or heading over to Garden City to visit friends! I would highly recommend Ralf's place with his kind & generous hospitality. Not to mention the friendly house mates too! :)

The room was clean and tidy. But the queen bed was made with single top sheet. There was no bin. We didn’t realise we were booking into a share house. The outside of property needed to be tidied up.

일단 집주인은 매우 친절하고 최대한 잘 해주려고 한다. 위치는 버스타면 시티로 15분 정도면 갈 수 있으니 나쁜 위치는 아니다. 브리즈번이 버스비가 쌔긴하지만 좁은곳을 싫어하는 사람이라면 여긴 진짜 넓고 화장실을 혼자써서 좋다. 하지만 주변에 레스토랑과 카페가 일찍 문을 닫으니 식사는 해결하거나 주방에서 해먹으면 된다. 가까운 주유소에 편의점은 있어서 급한건 살 수 있다. 사실 엄청 깨끗하다고는 못하지만..그렇게 못참을 정도는 아니라고 할 수 있겠다. 집자체는 조용하고 쉐어하는 사람들도 친절하다.
