Mitch's place fit our needs perfectly for a visit with our OU student. The home is comfortable and clean. The coffee bar is a much appreciated amenity. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!
We enjoyed our stay here and was super convenient to Ohio University. It is next to a car wash and busy road so if you are looking for quiet and peaceful this might not be the place but it has everything you need and easy back and forth to campus.

Hi we are Mitch and Ann, a dynamic short term rental duo. Both of us are Ohio University graduates. Ann graduated in education and recently retired after teaching 3rd and 4th grade special education for 35 years. I am a local business person with several local businesses. I have Athens County Storage, Sofa and Mattress Outlet and Athens Short Term Rentals, oh and I am not retiring! We raised three great kids in Athens and currently have 3 grand children here. We love to host and we have stayed at enough short term rentals to know how to host. We currently have 4 Athens locations with 2 more locations in construction. Also, we have a townhouse in Amelia Island, 4 houses from the beach that is on a short term rental program. Ann and I take this business quite seriously.
