Don’t confuse “recently redecorated”, with “recently refurbished”. Nothing is new or in good state. They said (at beginning of July) that they will fix things after the season… great for whoever rent next year, meanwhile, we had a very average property for the price paid. TV didn’t work upstair ever. All plugs are dysfunctional. Cables everywhere. You have to choose either you charge your phone, put the ventilator on or turn on the light… Mattresses are not the size of the box. (Double bed are French style, 160cms) Shower in bathtubs without a curtain or somewhere to hang the shower head. Some are not bother by that. I think it is very inconvenient and easy to fix. They, end of the week, fix one on the wall but then… it was towards the opposite wall… so still not useful to shower standing! Washing machine makes sound like a plane, you cannot be in the kitchen at the same time, they are aware and will fix it… after the season! Towels are not in a good shape in general. Kitchen linens not provided. Terrace upstair very enjoyable, a pity the rubbish furniture on it. Parking spot very near to the property but the tag to enter the facilities was lost from previous tenant i understand so you will get some constant issues with the guard. Boutemy Agency answered each concern very quickly. I understand they manage much more properties of better standards, maybe they should get rid of this one giving them a bad image? Camille, was very helpful and collaborative trying to fix everything but there is so much you can do you with a property left to abandon… We visited 4 more houses of acquaintances and friends nearby, all where in much better state for relatively the same prices. Keep looking!
