Le logement est bien situé, proche des arrêts de bus et de métro. L'emplacement est parfait lorsque l'on arrive directement de l'aéroport. Ekaterina est une hôte disponible, et ses instructions étaient claires. L'appartement est spacieux et dispose de nombreux rangements, ce qui est appréciable ! Cependant nous avons trouvé qu'ils manquait quelques accessoires dans la cuisine (bols et ciseaux notamment). À part cela tout était parfait, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Todo perfecto. Estuvimos alojadas 4 personas y fue cómodo y confortable. Colchones cómodos y todo limpio y ordenado, Muy bien comunicado en transporte público. El acceso muy flexible y con las instrucciones claras. Buen sistema para entrar de forma totalmente independiente sin depender de horarios cerrados y tener que estar pendiente de llaves. Buena calidad-precio. Ubicado en zona tranquila con el Parque de Turia a un paso.

We stayed in Ekaterina's place for three nights and the stay was nice. There are some positives and negatives for this place. Positives would be that the place was clean, had heaters (we visited in January, so it was important to us), had a washing machine. The location is quite nice. There is a beautiful park nearby and the metro to the city center was close. Negatives would be the smell of the bathroom. It just had a super strong chlorine scent that lasted all of the stay. The biggest negative is the extremely thin walls and loud neighbors that talk and make sounds from very early morning like 5 am up until late night 1-2 am. We were pretty tired after long days of walking and exploring so we managed to sleep but if you are more of a passive traveler, this might be a big drawback.
