Beth and Andy’s place is in a beautiful, quiet residential subdivision. Pluses: Clean room, comfortable bed, plus you get your own private balcony with a stunning view of the mountains. It is a ways away from the downtown area but public transportation options (of which there are many) are all within a 5-7 minute walk. Beth was a great host, always on top of communication and making sure our stay was comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place!

My girlfriend and I stayed with Beth and Andy for a full month .. and we never regretted it ! ... we felt very much welcome in their home and were treated like good friends .. they went really out of their way to make us feel comfortable .. e.g. during a tropical storm they provided us with delicious food and various necessities as we were unable to go out during those days .. the room was really clean and connected to a idyllic balcony, that also served as a private entrance to the room .. All in all, a great friendly and secure place to stay in Tacloban.

Beth and Andy have a great space with all the comforts of a hotel room but with a touch of home. Her place has an exterior area perfect for having a meal or reading a book while soaking in nature around you. Beth and Andy went out of their way to provide us a welcome basket that was both sweet and practical. Also, she is a knowledgeable source of local culture, must-visit places, and restaurants. We wished that our stay at their place was longer.

I had the awesome stay at Beth and Andy's place. The place is very cozy, immaculate and homie as well. They're so lovely couple and they will look after you very well. And that's why I appreciated it a lot. I enjoyed our dinner time together and a chit chat as well. For me, this is the amazing experience and definitely recommendable.

Had a perfect stay at Beth's place! We enjoyed to quietness, although being near to Tacloban city. Beth invited us for a delicious dinner and we were able to have a nice chat with her family. We will definitly come back, highly recommendable.
