It was AMAZING. A stay to recommend and the best I have ever had in my three years in AirBnb. Location is perfect - very close to the center. Jamie and his family are wonderful hosts - really, really lovely people who will make your stay simply amazing. My mum and I did not come with anything prepared, so Jamie shared some itineraries with us and helped find and plan our days there (also suggested some spots to visit on our way to Inverness and back from Edinburgh). Breakfast was delicious and so needed. Everything was incredible, 5 stars are not enough.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly at Jamie’s! The bed and pillows were the star of the show for us! Comfiest bed ever! The room was so cozy and the morning breakfasts were great. Jamie was so helpful and gave us lots of great advice on things to do which we did end up doing and had the best time. Thanks again!

We spent four night at the Doric House. Great location, Doric House is located within walking distance from and to the train station and the center of town. We had a private room with a bath, it was clean and comfortable. Our towels were changed midway through our stay. Breakfast was great with lots of healthy options. When we arrived we asked if there was plain yogurt on offer for breakfast. There wasn’t but the next day we found plain yogurt in the help yourself fridge. Jamie also offers a very reasonably priced laundry service. Jamie and Heather are wonderful hosts. We would stay at the Doric House again if we are fortunate enough to return to Inverness.
