My home is ideally located at 200m of everything that makes the charm of Ile Rousse : la place Paoli, the pedestrian streets, the station, the beaches and the covered market. It has an exceptional view on the "red" islands. Everything can be done by walki : restaurant, shopping, water sports at CN Ile Rousse, free music concerts in summer. At 3 minutes from the port, in a quiet residence, it is an ideal starting point to discover the region, its villages and especially its inhabitants!! Located on the top floor of a recent residence, the accommodation has three terraces. Sea view towards the north for lunch in the cool, mountain view towards the south for sunbathing. The kitchen, redone this winter, is "fully equipped" and has its own terrace facing south. The three bedrooms have a double bed and storage space. The master bedroom has a terrace to the south but also a TV, a computer. The room of my son (living in Marseille) overlooks the small square where the "boulistes" play at the hour of the "apero"! Finally the 3rd bedroom is more feminine and has even its small bathroom. Finally the living space consists of the dining room (table for 6 or 7), a living room with TV and terrace to the Islands with a table for 4 or 5. Wifi is available everywhere even if 4G + networks are efficient. Fully air-conditioned apartment (reversible).

Super appart, spacieux et fonctisonnel, à 5 min à pied de la plage et du centre ville. Nous connaissions déjà l’île rousse, petit ville très agréable, animée, plage superbe idéale avec les enfants. Michel a été très accueillant, disponible et aidant. Nous n’avions pas compris qu’il fallait faire le ménage (je n’avais pas vérifié et le pensais inclus), je m’en voulais beaucoup et souhaitais payer mais Michel n’a pas souhaité nous facturer quoique que ce soit pour cette erreur de ma part. Merci pour tout!
Un séjour à la hauteur de nos espérances, appartement très bien aménagé, spacieux, très pratique pour une famille. Michel nous a bien accueillis et nous a donné pleins de bons plans pour découvrir la Balagne. Tout était conforme à la description. L’appartement ne peut pas être mieux placé, à la fois à l’écart du bruit, et très près de la plage et des commerces (tout peut se faire a pied). Et en prime une vue magnifique sur le phare de l’Ile Rousse!
Superbe appartement avec une magnifique vue. Très spacieux, très bien équipé, très lumineux. Dans une résidence avec parking. A quelques pas du centre-ville, l'emplacement est idéal. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Plusieurs terrasses, climatisation, literie très bonne et propreté irreprochable. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Les 2 salles de bains sont parfaites. La terrasse face au port nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas à l'abri du soleil en profitant de la vue époustouflante sur la mer. Michel est très accueillant et bous a donné des conseils sur les plages/restaurants. Il est très disponible si besoin. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Je recommande les yeux fermés, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
Michel est un hôte excellent, toujours prêt à apporter son aide au moindre problème. Le logement est parfait pour 5, spacieux et idéalement situé avec une très belle vue. Encore merci !

The quiet residential neighborhood is located near the train station less than 300 meters from "la place Paoli", the heart of Ile Rousse city.
In less than 5 minutes walking you can reach all services: shops, beaches, tourist office, transport by train and less than one km from the port where the ferries dock.
The accommodation is located near the small square of the church of the monks and the road that starts from the commercial port and which goes up towards Calvi.
The commercial port is less than a kilometer walk away and therefore 2 minutes by car.
The station is at 200 m with a ride Calvi - beaches - ile rousse 6 to 7 times a day in season or trips to rally Bastia, Corté or Ajaccio
The airport is 20 minutes away.
