Lovely comfy country cottage. Kate kindly had heating on to welcome our late evening arrival. Great position, comfortable and quiet location and perfect for when needing to stay in Hamilton.

Nicely located on a 2 acre property with private deck and views over the golf links. Whilst walkable into town, most will opt to drive to the gallery, the cinema, the gardens and eateries. The area also has good amenity for wine enthusiasts and walkers. We found the cottage offered everything we needed for our 4 day stay with 2 roomy comfortable bedrooms. For 4 adults, some would find the living area a little small, but the outside area compensates, especially in great weather. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

I stayed for 2 weeks due to insurance work being carried out on my property. My stay was really enjoyable and i had no issues with anything. When i checked in it was a very warm day and the host Kate had turned on the air conditioner and the fan in the bedroom which was great. As a golfer it has easy access to the Hamilton Golf Course and walking distance to the clubhouse. It is in a very quiet, peaceful location and would highly recommend.

Myself and my bridesmaids used Kate’s cottage to get ready for my wedding- it was perfect and a lovely atmosphere which kick started our wedding weekend! Kate was very helpful with her instructions and left us a very beautiful congratulations note on our door when myself and my husband returned to the cottage after the reception.
