As you enter the space, the first room located on your right contains a queen bed and en suite bathroom. Soaps and towels can be found in the bathroom. The room is equipped with a Roku TV. The remotes can be found inside the night stand. The nightstand lamp has a USB port and ample outlets are available. The thermostat is located in the hallway just past the first bedroom entrance. Please feel free to adjust the temperature to your liking through out your stay. Make your way down the narrow hall into the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and stainless steel pots and pans. The refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, oven, microwave and dishwasher are available for use. Please help yourself to a beverage! There will always be 2 cold water bottles in the fridge, and a room temperature one by the Keuirg coffee machine. Coffee, Decaf and Tea K-Cups will be provided. The pots and pans can be found under the stove in the black drawer. Plates, cups, silverware, oil, salt and pepper can be found in the cabinets. In the living room, you’ll find a 65” smart TV with a Cable connection available. There are board games and books for your enjoyment located inside the entertainment center. Throw blankets are available in a basket by the couch! Open up the sliding rear door to walking trails on Big Sand Lake. Enjoy a private patio space with seating for 2. Upstairs you will find the second bedroom with 2 queen beds and en suite bathroom. Soaps and towels can be found in the bathroom. The smart TV remote can be found inside the nightstand. Enjoy the fresh air with sliding door balcony access from the bedroom. Washer and Dryer are located inside the upstairs bathroom. It can be a bit of a tight squeeze in the bathroom, with sufficient room to use all the amenities without interruption. All rooms are equipped with blackout curtains for your convenience.
