Amazing home, beautiful and thoughtful architecture, great amenities, and a cozy feel. Would 100% stay here again and cuddle up in all the nooks and walk the bluffs. A dreamy place with kind and responsive hosts.

Just as Peter and Debbie described — without surprises. There’s something of interest for everyone inside, with as varied a selection outside to experience. Breakaway as an experience is quintessentially a Northern California one. And the hosts rounded out my stay sincere in wanting me to have what I needed and the flexibility I needed— down to earth, wonderful hosts.

Sea Ranch is a beautiful hideaway in Northern CA, we were surrounded by deer, eagles, hummingbirds and partridges! The hikes along the bluffs are incredible and at certain points you can access the wooded ridges and hike the fire roads, it’s a truly idyllic location. The house itself is an original from the sixties! And the view from the upstairs bedroom is fabulous! We stayed for two months and thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, my only caveat would be that both the kitchen and the bathroom could do with a little updating!! To make this a truly 5 star stay.

I had a wonderful time at Breakaway. A fun, cool, cozy house and very well stocked. Great landing spot in the middle of magical Sea Ranch. Hated to leave and can’t wait to return. Thank you!
