房东小哥哥超级好，第一天我们飞机晚点了找不到房子马上就出来接我们，回复消息迅速英文也超级棒。 中途我的护照丢了房东还帮我们联系机场，总之就是很nice。房间干净整洁设施齐全，离房子50米左右就有沙滩和大海，周围还有美食街，地铁站也不算很远。总之五星好评啦！

지하철역에서는 다소 거리가 있었지만 버스정류장이 가깝고 바닷가가 코앞이라 산책하기 좋음. 편의점이 건물1층에 있으며 아침식사가능한 곳이 바로 옆이라 편리했음, 주차가 용이하다는 것이 특히 마음에 듬. 한달살기에 충분히 만족하였으며 피드백이 빠르고 좋았음.

World-class stay, host and location. Host was amazing, thoughtful. The TV is amazing - nicest one I’ve had on my drivers. Great communicator. Will stay again over the summer for sure.

San-Yi's place is located a block from the beautiful Haeundae Beach. It's an excellent place for your daily walk. But like being in any place in Busan, you will always be a one-hour+ bus/metro ride away from an interesting destination. I appreciated this location as coming home after a busy day running around Busan was nice. The apt is nice, with a slight view of the beach/ocean. It's a small studio, but we managed for our month's stay. The Host might consider providing more cleaning materials for long-stay customers as there is no periodic cleaning and it is typically up to the customer to keep things clean. The apt is a bit dated, so the shower does have some mildew (not bad). The apt comes with enough cookware for home cooking, but maybe not enough plates/utensils, also it would be helpful to have a better storage arrangement for the utensils. If not cooking at home, there is a great soup/noodle shop on the first floor owned by a mother and her two daughters. It is very good.
