Everything regarding the host and the room is perfect. New condo, not a luxury one but is clean, pool is clean, no cockroaches or bugs inside, no bad smells. Host is always ready to help if something is needed. The only problem for me was the outside noise since its situated very close to the main road and the buzzing from the motorbikes was too much, however it is nothing in the abilities of the host to change, otherwise i am sure this should have already been sorted out. In general if your sleep is not that sensitive as mine, you should have a great time at this place.

It was a nice stay, me and my wife really enjoyed it. Very near to Vejthani hospital so it was very convenient for us to walk in to the Vejthani Hospital. The host was very helpful and supportive.

The stay was great! Having the yellow BTS train station literally right outside on the sidewalk made getting places very convenient. I was able to take the train to connect with the subway and get to places like the Siam Museum and the Chattuchak market without any issue. There’s even a bus line that goes directly to Silom street/Chinatown right in front. Although The Mall at Bang Kapi was still under construction, there was still plenty of other markets, street food, restaurants, and vendors even within a single kilometer.! The room was very clean and the bathroom was wonderfully spacious and modern. The security for the condo learned our faces really quick and were very nice. GT/Kongkeat was very polite and responsive! My family insisted on having lunch with us on the first day, so we were late to the meeting time to recieve the keys, but he was very gracious about it, helped direct my uncle when he made a wrong turn, and even helped us bring our bags up to the room.
