Excellent séjour chez Anne dans ce magnifique Rez de piscine avec vue idyllique sur la mer. Dans une belle propriété, l’appartement est frais, très propre, bien équipé et la literie est confortable. Les repas sur la terrasse permettent de profiter non stop du panorama. Belles plages aux alentours. Très bon accueil de Nicolas.

Upon arriving the space is wonderful, beautiful views and large home. The house stocked with the basic needs, be warned you are only provided with a singular bath towel for each guest, no hand towels, face towels or pool towels. So we needed to buy towels for the pool at the market. Our large issue with the stay was there was no working internet. Upon letting the host know this promptly after arriving she responded back “I’m at my job, I will get back to you later” later phoning at 9 pm. The host proceeded to tell us that the Internet worked for other guests and we are the only one it wasn’t working for. Which is a bit pointless as it just wasn’t working. When I explained that I needed to be reachable online as I had some work to do while I was there the host told us “this isn’t a 5 star hotel” to which yes I agreed however basic internet is not an exceptional thing to ask for. Anne had very little sympathy or willingness to make things right and told me I could find somewhere else to stay if this didn’t work. It was incredibly off putting and instead of being willing to find a solution largely ignored us until the very last day where she tried to have someone come and put a new modem there. The lack have internet was incredibly inconvenient but truthfully the approach from the host and her unwillingness to even give a partial refund for this was the worst part. Until air bnb got involved. Otherwise this was a great place to stay. I hope they learn to deal with issues better and treat guests with basic respect as we are paying to stay there and this isn’t a favour from the host.

C'était comme un rêve!! Je ne pense pas que j'ai déjà eu des vacances si parfait qu'ici, il faut vraiment le faire, pas d'hésitation!
