We have a beautiful 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home in Highlands Ranch, CO. We host guests in our basement bedroom/bathroom which is ideal for short term guests such as travelling medical professionals, students or someone new to CO needing a space while they house shop. The space is in our basement & is as private as you can get in a house share. You will have a private bathroom & access to your space is two steps from the front door. NOTE: the remainder of the basement is unfinished. The space we rent is in our basement and is as private as you can get in a house share dynamic. Your space is fully finished but the rest of the basement is either unfinished or in a stage of remodel (no work is done while we are hosting guests). The room is generally quiet but is under our living room so you can expect to hear some walking noises or doors closing, stuff like that. I work from home and have a dog so I would caution any night shifters that you would need to be a HEAVY sleeper to make this pace work.
