We enjoyed our stay immensely awesome place , own pool and pool table was hours of fun !! Upstairs bedroom and bathroom as added bonus so we could all sprawl out comfortably!! Richard was a great host very responsive, he answered everytime very quickly. Puerto del Carmen is a great place loads of fun bars particularly the drag show we went to Lidl just round corner of property Loved our stay , highly recommend

Spacious villa and very clean. Good location and easy to check in and out, only main issue we found was that the hot water wasn’t sufficient for 6 of us. It kept running cold after 10 minutes and it isn’t always sufficient to ‘spread’ out showers throughout the day.

Villa avec un beau potentiel mais n’est pas entretenue à sa juste valeur. La terrasse mériterait un bon rafraîchissement : mobilier qui a fait son temps, sol très glissant, carreaux cassés, murs qui s’effritent.. à éviter avec des enfants en bas âge. La cuisine manque de vaisselle, c’est dommage. Literie moyenne, système électrique vieillissant, attention aux étincelles en allumant la lumière (quand il y a de l’électricité). Pour terminer, l’invasion de cafards à la tombée de la nuit, un traitement en urgence serait nécessaire. Au vue des nombreux désagréments, nous avons écourté notre séjour. Richard a été très réactif et compréhensif à ce sujet.

Richards place was a wonderful space, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come again. Was the perfect spot for our getaway to celebrate my cousins birthday just between the 4 our us.

From the get-go Richard was extremely helpful with all questions I had, the villa was spotless and in immaculate condition. Short walk to the town and beach. Would highly recommend.
