Le studio de Koko est très confortable, moderne, propre et calme...au 16 etage, il y a une tres grande et belle piscine exterieure...l’immeuble est récent, bien entretenu et sécurisé...en plus il est très bien situé à 5 minutes à pied du BTS Ari, quartier calme, lui même bien situé dans le centre de Bangkok. Koko est très réactif, sympathique et discret...en bref, une excellente adresse à Bangkok ou je reviendrais avec plaisir
I love staying in Ari - it's one of the nicest and quiet neighbourhoods in Bangkok. Koko's apartment is right in the heart of Ari in a very well managed condo with a beautiful swimming pool, gym and stunning roof outdoor area. Koko is a very nice host, immediately reactive if you have a question.
As a single woman, stayed at this apartment for about 4 weeks. The apartment is exactly as described, and is perfect for 1-2 people. It's location in Ari is very convenient to different transportations (BTS, buses, minibus) to get you to Victory Monument or the main train station. There are also a lot of food options in this neighborhood especially "street" food. As a Thai-American, this neighborhood was perfect -- convenient and accessible.
Koko is the perfect host, very accomodating and helpful, also quick to respond. The place is perfect for 1-2 people with everything advertised except pool wasn’t available for the first week of the stay and never saw the sky garden, but this was due to renovations. Also being in a ground floor corner apartment it was peaceful no noise from neighbours nor traffic. Bonus is the area, Ari is perfectly situated between Union mall/Central Ladprao to the north and Siam paragon/CentralwOrld to the south, the BTS is a short walk and both are a short trip. Food is a plentiful from cheap market/street food to mid-high restaurants all within walking distance. But if you want to cook something yourself Koko’s place is also accommodating, with 7-11 a short walk away, but if you want to do some more complex cooking La villa is just opposite the BTS and has everything you could want.
Koko was a great host, the place was exactly as advertised and Ari is hands down one of the best places to stay in Bangkok so great value for money with amazing location
