Kevin’s house was a nice place to stay with a large park area near by. It had comfortable beds and met all of our needs. Definitely a little dated but I could tell that from the pictures. There was a dog next door that barks on and off. Overall we had a good experience. It’s a nice place for a great price and Kevin was an attentive host!

This house is part of a beautiful neighbor hood and Kevin was very responsive and helpful as a host. Bed rooms and living room were comfortable too and the house was very clean.

Excellent location. Very clean house. The main entrance is on the left side and is perfect for those traveling with man's best four-legged friends. Everything was easy to find inside the house. And the host was very proactive. The instructions were very clear, and the house manual had lots of good recommendations. The only recommendation I have for the host is that since there are very helpful labels throughout the house, perhaps it would be also helpful to put labels on the use of the shower. I was able to figure it out easily, but perhaps people from other cultures who are not used to American faucets would appreciate the instructions.
