We had a very good holiday at the villa. The house is in a quiet place with a very nice view to the valley and the other villages. The house is big and very well equipped. From the terrace, you have a very nice view. We could well enjoy the tennis field and the swimming pool, that is well equipped with a lot of deck chairs, as well as the barbecue (with our lack of experience, we didn't used the pizza oven, but it is available). The welcome was very nice and the owners are easily availble if you have questions. They came also regularly to maintain the common areas of the house. The house is located at 10-15 mins from very nice villages were you can find evrything you need, and especially local macelleria panifico and very nice restaurants. We really advice this house for quite and relaxing holidays.

Questa casa ha una posizione da favola... Ci si perde ad osservare le colline... Sembra di avere davanti un quadro, peccato per il pezzo di strada sterrata che c'è da fare.ma del resto si è in campagna... Purtroppo siamo capitati in una settimana molto calda e in effetti la notte si faticava a dormire senza l'aria condizionata però la casa era nel perfetto stile di un casale in Toscana.....

La maison correspond à la description et convenait parfaitement à nos attentes. Le logement est vaste (mis à part la cuisine mais très fonctionnelle) et très agréable à vivre. La piscine, le tennis et l'environnement sont fabuleux. Nous étions bien séparé de l'autre partie de la location. Giullia et son compagnon sont très sympathiques et répondent rapidement à toutes vos questions ou demandes. Il faut quelques jours pour maîtriser la route empierrée qui descend au village. Nous espérons vous revoir lors d'une autre occasion. Merci beaucoup.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Sandro. La maison est dans la montagne avec tennis et piscine privées. Le jardin est immense et très bien entretenu. Attention, il faut 15 minutes pour accéder au premier village. C'est probablement pour cette raison que le prix reste abordable.

We spent a beautiful holiday in lovely Tuscany. The villa was very clean and the pool and tennis court very nice. The owner, sandro and his daughters are very responsive if there is a problem. There was a problem with the net from the tennis court and the day after, when we returned from a trip to Arezzo, a brand new net had been installed. If there is any problem, Sandro or his daughters will do every thing they can to help. In general, the house and the surroundings were very clean, the terrace is beautiful and very spacious. The bedrooms were also very clean and you have a very large living room. the kitchen is rather small but all equipment is available. We had a lot off privacy on our terrace. The villa is situated on a mountainside. The view off the valley is stunning. It takes a 10 min drive to reach the small town off Loro Ciuffenna, a 30 min drive to reach San Giovanni Valdarno. There you can take the train to visit Florence and all the bigger cities in Tuscany. In general we were extremely pleased off the villa and the whole site. We were 6 people in Casa Marco. the bedrooms are spacious. The bathroom is really good. There are 2 toilets. The toilet in the house was for the girls and the guys used the second toilet, situated in an other part outside off the villa. I would recommend this villa, not just because off its location but also for the very friendly and responsive owners. Thank you Sandro, Eleonora and Julia for our beautiful vacation. CU later.
