I have been living in this apartment for about 10 months. It is very comfortable , it equipped with all necessary electronic devices and heating facilities, as well as a good wifi network. The room cleaning service is also great. The location of the apartment is prefect , the u-Bahn station (Bebelstrasse) is just in front of the building and S Bahn station is just about 10 minutes walkable distance. It is located very near to the city centre and very convenient. Besides, grocery stores are just at the opposite roads and have many good restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. The owner Kai is friendly, helpful and nice. you can contact him easily and he replied your messages quickly. I really enjoy the living experience there. Highly recommend for business trip or short / long term stay in Stuttgart.

The location is great, you have a supermarket and shops very close to the apartment. The U-bahn is right in front of the building with very good connections. The apartment is good, lots of light and a nice view. The building has an elevator. However, the only table is very small, the bed could be better and there’s no oven. Kai replies very fast and is very friendly. He tries to fix and improve things when he can.

Zuverlässiger und supersympatjischer Kontakt. Wohnung frisch renoviert und mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Nachteil ist die Parkplatzsituation im Westen für Leute mit Auto, hier empfiehlt es sich im benachbarten Parkhaus ein Dauerticket zu buchen.

숙소 주변이 조용하고 한적해서 출장목적으로 방문했던 저에게는 지내는 동안 아주 편안했습니다. 방이 넓고 화장실, 부엌(인덕션, 전자렌지, 냉장고)가 있어서 좋았습니다.
