Absolutely perfect in every way. The booking was for my uncle so that he could be near us at our caravan site. It was so homely and Tricia’s efforts were much appreciated. The little touches of food are so fab. The space is spotless and really well decorated. Thank you. Will return!

Highly recommended! Tricia's annexe was cosy and very homey 😊 its got everything you need with a bonus off chocolate truffles and prosecco which went down quite well after a hike in the Yorkshire Dales. Love love love Tricia's garden with the birds chirping away 😊 good location too! Thank you for accomodating our stay ❤️x

Tricia’s stay was absolutely beautiful. Cozy, clean and treated us with delicious bread and other food varieties, going out of her way to make us feel at home. Her gardens right outside the door, are breathtaking and waking up to the birds is something we’ll miss. Also, the price cannot be beat. It was our first stay in York and we’re grateful to have Tricia’s place be apart of those memories! I’d stay here again, anytime I’m back in York!

The annexe is a cosy peaceful space well kitted out and if you like birds it’s a good space to sit and observe. Given a warm welcome by a knowledgeable host.
