We loved Pierfrancesco’s lovely property, the rooms were so beautifully designed and very comfortable, and while the pool was closed for the season the private garden was so serene. Pierfrancesco was so welcoming and gave us some great recommendations. We loved the pastries and bottle of wine as well as the thoughtful parting gift! The location was also just a short drive away from several of the surrounding towns. Wish we stayed more than 2 night, but hopefully we’ll be back!

Pierfrancesco’s place is beautiful. A little gem tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still only moments away from the local town. Centrally located which makes it easy to visit all of the popular locations as well as more of the “local” beaches and restaurants away from the tourists. Pierfrancesco was very attentive the entire time and we felt extremely welcomed. Sweet personal touches like gluten free treats for me and a goodbye gift. We had a small issue with ants and when we contacted Pierfrancesco about this it was promptly resolved within the hour and we didn’t have to worry again. I’d highly recommend staying here.

My husband, adult daughter and I rented both units in this wonderful part of the country. Both are beautiful and tastefully decorated with great attention to detail, as well as being super comfortable and full of character. Pierfrancesco’s delightful place is a wonderful, peaceful paradise, situated in a great location within easy access to all the lovely surrounding towns. After touring the area, it was a pleasure to relax in the garden and cool off in the pool! Pierfrancesco has to be one of the most charming, generous and sweetest hosts we have ever met. On arrival, we found a bottle of wine and a homemade apricot pie waiting for us. The next day, we were treated to freshly made ricotta from the farm next door….the best ricotta ever!!! Pierfrancesco is a perfect host- full of great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, plus always responsive. Staying here really was the highlight of our trip and we shall definitely return!

Piefrancesco was the perfect host with his attentive approach and exceptional attention to detail. Location was peaceful, clean and swimming area superb. With a car you can access to most locations… We would highly recommend Casina Misa, the area reflects the Italian environment we were looking for. We will definitely be visiting Pierfrancesco again. On arrival we had a nice bottle of wine chilling and a gorgeous plate of orecchiette and cake. This was a truly memorable experience that went above and beyond our expectations.
