Great location with easy access to the many beaches and restaurants in the area. The barbeque area is complete and perfect if you’re a fan. Marios and his father were very reaponsive and helpful during our stay!

We had a wonderful stay and felt right at home. We are a family of four, with two small children. It was perfect: quiet, peaceful, a little bit of heaven. My eldest enjoyed drawing at the children's table on the terrace while we adults spent time at the table on the terrace. The house has a lovely garden both in front and at the back of the house and my omly regret is not having enough time to spend it there. The olive trees made me fall in love even more with Thassos and Skala Kallirachis is becoming for us our favourite summer home. Mario was a great host and I can only recommend. Therefore we are looking forward to our stay next year. It's the perfect place for our family!

Μείναμε στο όμορφο σπίτι του Μάριου για 5 ημέρες τις ημέρες του Αυγούστου! Το σπίτι ήταν υπέροχο! Ακόμη πιο ωραίο από τις φωτογραφίες, ήσυχο για ζευγάρι ή οικογενεια με παιδιά, το χωριό έχει ο,τι χρειαστεί κάνεις. Το σπίτι επίσης έχει όλα.οσα μπορεί να χρειαστείς, σχεδόν δεν αγοράσαμε τίποτα. Πεντακάθαρο και μοσχοβολιστο. Χώρο για το αυτοκίνητο εντός της αυλής, γεμάτο ελαιόδεντρα. Αν και δεν καταφέραμε να γνωρίσουμε τον Μάριο από κοντά, μας κατατόπισε για όλα τηλεφωνικά, γνωρίσαμε την τελευταία ημέρα τους ευγενεστατους γονείς του! Μάριε οπότε έρθεις Θεσσαλονίκη θα χαρούμε να σε γνωρίσουμε εδώ από κοντά! Σίγουρα το προτείνουμε, σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά αν πάμε Θάσο! Καλό υπόλοιπο σεζόν!

A great place for rest and recreation. From the very first step inside the villa, we were greeted with a basket filled with local treats and warm Greek hospitality. The house is very clean and equipped with everything one could think of - from the cozy kitchen and the endless hot water in the bathroom to tiny details like ear buds and mosquito protection. There is good quality Internet and a great variety of international TV stations, which can be sorted by country. The house is solid and built with thought. At all times one of the 2 verandas provides shade. The patio has great potential, which can be further utilized. The host is friendly and very responsive. One can always rely on Mario for a good recommendation for a place to eat or help in exploring and buying some of the most renowned the locally produced Thassian goods like top quality olive oil and honey. We really enjoyed our time at Villa Konstantinidi and would gladly visit it again!
