Hello I'm Gerry and my partner is George. I stay at his place on the Central Coast and welcome guests to my place in Roseville. We love to travel and do that as much as we can. You have the entire unit to yourself complete with private garden and courtyard and undercover parking. The unit is airconditioned - cosy in winter and cool in summer! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need - crockery, utensils, Vitamix, slow cooker, microwave and dishwasher. There's also a BBQ and sun shade for dining outside. I leave supplies of tea/coffee, sugar, cooking oil and spices and bathroom supplies of toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner. The laundry has a washing machine, a dryer and I leave supplies of detergent for washing. My unit is work friendly with great wifi, a work desk and an ergonomic chair. My 55 inch smart tv gives you access to Netflix and YouTube - all set for a comfortable stay in. I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. This includes: sanitising high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknobs using cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, cleaning each room using extensive cleaning checklists. I wear protective gear when cleaning to help prevent cross-contamination; I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay; and I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. I'm happy to accept longer term stays.
