We stayed here as a family of four with two toddlers and were very comfortable; it is a great flat in a great neighborhood. Flat: The flat itself is very clean and spacious. There is a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook meals for kids if needed. There's a dishwasher and washing machine (no dryer). The two bedrooms aren't adjacent so you can sleep little ones in different rooms comfortably. Heating is self controlled. The bathroom is clean and has a comfortable bathtub for babies. There is a separate living room with a couch with a pullout bed if needed as well. Neighborhood: The flat is 3 min from the Queen's Park station. There are several grocery stores within 5 minutes walk, including M&S Food and Sainbury's. Queen's Park is a 5 min walk. There are takeout food options in the neighborhood and nearby so you don't have to cook all the time. On top of all this Nicky/Anna are responsive, helpful, and flexible. I'd definitely stay here again!

Anna's place was just what we needed for our week stay in London. Proximity to the Tube was amazing and we could be anywhere we wanted to be. There were also shops, coffee places and restaurants close by that we took full advantage of. Luckily, we were there over a weekend and were able to visit the Farmer's Market, which was an amazing experience. Anna and Nicky were great to communicate with and always responded with relevant information for our trip. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the playground at Queens Park, the size & Gail's bakery as suggested. I was happy that they let us check-in early but Nicky didn't even bring us into the apartment. She gave us the keys and left saying you know where to go. I needed to email and ask about the washer, where the bath toys were, where the missing fans were and lack of corkscrew wasn't the greatest after long days. We had sleepless nights for the first few nights due to the noise upstairs (sounded like they were bowling) but once they left it was better (mattresses were not that comfortable). On our first night the area was quite active with sirens and individuals fighting. We forgot my son's water bottle at the corner restaurant and when I left the flat 3 police officers were arresting someone at our front door which made me uneasy for the week. On our last day we were informed that the carpeting of the stairs would be done that day so I felt I couldn't return even though my son was ill. We would not book again

A beautiful flat in my favourite Queen's Park. Close to the main street and the tube. We enjoyed our stay here. thank you to the hosts for the instructions, suggestions and responsiveness. Price was in line with other places we saw in Queens Park. It was clean, with lots of natural light and comfy beds. Thank you!
