Cole and his wife Lauren are terrific. Cole is easy to talk to, friendly, and positive. He stops at the house frequently to check in, clean, and take the trash out if needed. One time the central A/C quit during this summer's awful heat wave and after I notified him, Cole found and fixed the problem within a couple of hours. When there were five guys at the house and we were running out of refrigerator space, he went out promptly and bought another refrigerator for the kitchen. The house is pretty roomy and the kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, plates and such for those who like to cook. When I was there Cole had managed to find all quiet, mature, friendly people (all guys though he rents to women too) who all got along and observed general quiet late at night. When I first arrived the house was hard to get into because the outside was not lit, but the last couple of weeks I was there Cole kept the patio lights on day and night, which solved the problem. All in all positive.

Easy stay, great location, comfortable bed. Cole was great and had no issues at all throughout the stay. Would definitely stay here again
